We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of the 455 graduates in the Class of 2026 at this year's graduation ceremonies. This important milestone recognizes their hard work, dedication, and achievements throughout their academic journey.

Accessibility Accommodations

Accessible seating, elevator access, and transportation assistance will be available for guests who need accommodations.

Photography

Professional photographers will be on site to capture graduates as they enter and receive their diplomas. Designated photo areas will also be available for families and guests.

Interpreter Services

We are excited to offer live language translation support during graduation this year using a new tool called ClearConnect. This service can translate the ceremony into more than 100 languages in real time to help make the event more accessible for all families and guests.

Using the service is simple:

1. On your phone, go to Clear Connect's Website

2. Enter the session code provided at graduation

3. Type your name and select your preferred language

4. Plug in headphones or earbuds to listen to the live translation

When connected, listeners will hear the live audio from the stage translated into their selected language as the ceremony takes place.

This is our first time using ClearConnect for a large event, and we are excited about the opportunity to improve the graduation experience for families needing language support. While we are confident in the system, we appreciate your patience and understanding if any technical issues arise as we continue learning and improving the process.

Nos entusiasma ofrecer asistencia lingüística de idiomas en vivo durante las ceremonias de graduación de este año, utilizando una nueva herramienta llamada ClearConnect. Este servicio permite traducir las ceremonias a más de 100 idiomas en tiempo real, para que sea un evento accesible para todas las familias e invitados.

Utilizar el servicio es muy sencillo:

1. Desde su móvil/celular, siga u  Clear Connect's Website

2. Introduzca el código de sesión que se le proporcionará en el vestíbulo de la graduación

3. Escriba su nombre y seleccione su idioma preferido

4. Conecte unos auriculares o audífonos para escuchar la traducción en vivo

Una vez conectados, los oyentes escucharán el audio en directo desde el estrado, traducido al idioma que hayan seleccionado, a medida que se desarrolle la ceremonia.

Esta es la primera vez que utilizamos ClearConnect para un evento de gran magnitud, y nos entusiasma la oportunidad de mejorar la experiencia de graduación para aquellas familias que requieran asistencia lingüística. Aunque tenemos confianza en el sistema, agradecemos su paciencia y comprensión en caso de que surja algún inconveniente técnico, mientras continuamos aprendiendo y perfeccionando el proceso.

Guest Reminders

• Doors open prior to the ceremony; guests are encouraged to arrive early.

• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise designated.

• Disruptive props, air horns, whistles, and other noisemakers are not permitted.

• Temperatures inside the venue may vary; guests are encouraged to dress accordingly.

• Only service animals are permitted inside the venue.

Traffic FYI for Graduation Guests

Families attending graduation ceremonies should be aware of ongoing road construction near the Expo Center.

The City of Redmond has announced that Veterans Way between SE Lake Road and SE Airport Way will be closed through June 5th starting at 7pm through June 8th as part of the Veterans Way Extension Project. The closure is scheduled to start right around the beginning of Ridgeview's graduation, construction activity, traffic control devices, and changes to normal traffic patterns may still be present in the area through Redmond High's graduation the following morning.

Guests can still access the Deschutes County Expo Center, but should allow extra travel time and be prepared for possible delays. Detours, flaggers, and temporary traffic control measures may be in place as crews complete final project work.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, families are encouraged to:

• Follow posted detour signs and traffic control directions.

• Avoid entering SW Veterans Way from Highway 97. Enter from SE Evergreen or SW Airport Way

• Check for the latest traffic updates
