Principal’s Message

Hello Hugh Hartman Families and Community,

Welcome to Hugh Hartman Elementary! It is truly an honor to serve as the principal of a school that celebrates language, culture, and connection every single day.

Hugh Hartman Elementary is proud to be home to our Dual Language Program, where students learn and grow in both English and Spanish. This program not only supports academic excellence, but also fosters bilingualism, biliteracy, and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Our classrooms are places where students are encouraged to take risks, collaborate, and develop skills that will serve them well far beyond elementary school.

At Hugh Hartman, we believe strong relationships are the foundation of student success. Our dedicated staff works closely with families to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where every child is known, valued, and supported. Together, we focus on high expectations, social-emotional growth, and a love of learning.

We are grateful for the partnership we share with our families and community. Your involvement, support, and trust help make Hugh Hartman a special place for students to thrive.

Thank you for being part of the Hugh Hartman Elementary community. I look forward to another great year of learning, growth, and celebration.
