Transportation to/from Redmond Early Learning Center
Students in the Dual Language (DL) program that live in the attendance boundary for RELC are provided transportation via a shuttle system. The student is transported to their boundary school (John Tuck, M.A. Lynch, Tom McCall, Sage, Vern Patrick) where they transfer to RELC via the shuttle bus. At the end of the day the student will ride a bus from RELC to their boundary school where they then transfer to their home-bound bus.
Students in the non-transport area (within a mile) to their boundary school will walk or have parent transport to catch a shuttle at their boundary school and be taken to RELC and returned to boundary school in the afternoon to walk or have parent transport home.
Students that are in the non-transport area (within a mile of RELC) to RELC will not receive transportation to RELC.
Students in the DL program at RELC that do not live in the RELC attendance boundary must provide their student transportation to and from school.
Transportation to/from Sage Elementary School
Students in the DL program that live in the attendance boundary for Sage and M.A. Lynch Elementary Schools are considered to be in the Catchment Zone for the DL program at Sage Elementary. DL student in the Sage attendance area will be provided transportation as is typical for a student living in the attendance area. DL students living in the M.A. Lynch attendance area will be provided transportation to Sage via a shuttle system. Meaning, DL students who take a bus to Lynch will catch a transfer bus to Sage and then return to M.A. Lynch from Sage at the end of the day to catch their home-bound bus.
Students that live in the non-transport area (within a mile) of M.A. Lynch will walk or have parent transport to Lynch and will catch the shuttle to Sage in the morning and will be returned to Lynch in the afternoon to walk or have parent transport home.
Students in the DL program at Sage that do not live in the Sage or M.A. Lynch attendance boundaries must provide their student transportation to and from school.
